Coachmen Catalina for Sale
She doesn’t look like much yet, but this cute little trailer is getting a makeover and will be for sale soon! This 2000 Coachmen Catalina is 24′ 4,000 lbs. which makes it easily towable by many mid-size SUVs. It has extra large windows that make everything feel so airy and open! There is also an extra long awning that covers the entire side of the trailer. Once we are done, it will sleep 2 on the full size bed, 1 or 2 small kids on the futon sleeper sofa and we may be adding in one other sleeping option if space allows.
The Plan
Here’s what we’ve already started doing in this little trailer to get it ready for the new owners:
- Removing carpet and installing new vinyl flooring
- Remove old sofa and replacing with new sofa bed
- Removing dinette and replacing with small table and chairs
- Paint throughout
- New cabinet hardware
- New TV/fireplace console
- Exterior updates
