Maui Hawaii Recap
Last year at this time, our family of 7 packed up our belongings and retreated into a month long sabbatical. It was one of the most memorable times our family has ever spent together – it was refreshing and challenging all at the same time. We dug down deep and worked through some heavy things. We had time to catch our breath, cry, laugh and problem solve. We soaked in the goodness of God and exhaled out a lot of anxious thoughts. We came home to a lot of unfinished business and trials that were yet to unfold. But, when times got tough this past year, we had these sweet memories to look back on and smile and be thankful. God is so good!
Because we tried to limit our time on social media while we were away, it’s a year later and I’m finally getting around to making some videos and blogging about our time in Hawaii! I’ve promised a lot of people that I’ll be sharing more of our money saving tips and tricks, but in the mean time, I thought I’d share the video I just made about our favorite adventures.
