I was recently at my sister’s house and she made the most delicious and healthy fruit smoothie!!

She uses the magic bullet like the one found here: Magic Bullet Express 17-Pc. Blending System (Google Affiliate Ad) A blender would work also.  She uses frozen blueberries, peaches, cherries, and raspberries. Then she adds fresh banana. You can use any amount you want depending on
your tastes and/or cost.

She adds OKF Aloe Vera Drink. She used peach, but it comes in twenty different flavors. If you want to know all of the health benefits of this organic drink, click here.

One Tbsp of Flax Oil.
One heaping scoop of protein.

 Half an Activia yogurt container.

Pour milk level with your other ingredients. You could use water or juice if you would rather not have milk.

Blend and…

 Enjoy!! ~Julia
