Use Leftovers for Easy Pizza Bagels

FacebookPinTweetYummlyPrintEmail

This is a great opportunity to involve your kids in creating meals! One of the easiest crowd pleasers around. We had some extra mini bagels hanging around, and with a quick addition of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni you are all set.  I like to add the pepperoni before the cheese so it keeps the cheese from going down the hole. I also prepare it on a cutting board and then place them on the cookie sheet it cuts down on the cheese baked on.  Makes for much easier clean up. 350 degrees for 15 minutes and you’re done.

Add a salad for an adult and you will barely see them
once they are out of the oven. ~Julia
